Hello, If you’re ok with oc x canons, could you do a small fic about my costume oc (Wrestling Wallaby) trying to defend Lovely lantern from negati about to attack him? She doesn’t really know Lovely lantern yet so this kinda a “love-at-first-sight” moment.

Part of a costume's job was to be on the lookout for any enemies that may attack. That was something that Lovely Lantern was quite aware of.

However, that didn't mean that it was easy. Especially since Lovely Lantern wasn't much of a fighter.

Lovely Lantern gulped when some Negati appeared on Yuri's stage. Some of the costumes began running to safety. But Lovely Lantern stayed rooted in his spot in fear. "Curse my inability to fight back…" He groaned to himself.

Much to his dismay, the Negati were beginning to approach him. Lovely Lantern frantically looked around for a safe place to hide. But suddenly, a costume came swooping down and attacked the Negati.

Lovely Lantern gazed up at the costume. He had never seen this one before. Where did she even come from?

Once the Negati were gone, the costume turned to flash a glance at Lovely Lantern. "Let's hope that this never happens again," She said to him before hopping off without a word.

"Who was that?" Lovely Lantern asked.

"That was Wrestling Wallaby," Web Wrangler replied. "Not sure which stage she came from, but the other costumes seem to look up to her."

Lovely Lantern hummed while staring into the direction that Wrestling Wallaby hopped in.

He secretly hoped that he would see her again.

This would be part of the last scene in Unexpected Company- where lance reveals his corrupted form in the novel

The difference here- The inhabitants remain wary of Lance, despite his words. So, to assure them of his good intentions, he draws Equil out of hiding as another example of the power Negativity has.

Since Equil and Lance can’t harm each other (with their powers at least), She’s forced to go along with this.
